Hello,

Has anyone had experience wwoofing with their offspring? How to apply without hosts thinking you are just looking for a free vacation for the little ones?
I want our children to learn that vacation time isn't equivalent to doing nothing, laying at a beach, and eating pizza all day long. We've been through many different vacation styles (5star hotels, family hotels with adjacent farms day trips to interesting cities, fun trips to family parks, beaches, mountains, lakes), but I believe there is more and children need to mature not regress during their vacation!

Anyone out there? Looking forward to your tales of farm life with kids...

Elizabeth

Hi,
I have had enquiries from 2 different people so far with kids-one time it wasn't good timing as we were going off when they wanted to come so it didn't work out, and the other people chose a different location in the end. I got the feeling they'd seen this area before or something, not sure-anyway, these people had done a lot of travelling with their 2 kids. I no longer have their e-mail address, but the name moon-david springs to mind. If i remember well, they were Swedish. Try and make contact with them!
Best wishes,
Malcolm.
