The host subscription is a PayPal recurring payment. It will renew automatically each year unless cancelled before it is due. We have used this method because it creates less work and so keeps costs down.
As of March 2010, renewal reminders are not being sent. We hope to rectify this as soon as possible.
Please note that your subscription will be ended if you cancel it in your PayPal account. If this happens before the subscription has run a full year, just contact us and we will restore it.
PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay. We promise to refund subscription renewal payments if they are not required and to do our best to resolve any other payment issues fairly.
