Fahee South We have just started this adventure ourselves a couple of weeks ago by moving to an old farmhouse in the beautiful countryside of the Burren. Here we live in a 300 year old cottage surrounded by nature (and cows!) with a few old outbuildings and about 1 acre of land.
Our plans are to set up a happy peaceful communal place that includes working with nature, sustainable living and circus.
We have been busy working on the house since we've moved in a few weeks ago and have already made a start with clearing and preparing the surrounding land .
I am planning to grow vegetables in one part of the garden this summer and plant fruit trees in another.
We also have a barn that needs clearing. We are planning to set up a trapeze in there and use the space for juggling and acrobalance.
We would like WWOOFERs to come here and help us with our work here and share a bit of our adventure with us.
In return we can offer you a warm and dry room, plenty of good food, plenty of relaxed cup of tea sessions, hopefully plenty of good conversations, experience in living more simply and sustainably as well as working with nature and it's resources. |
